Business Jobs

Banker

  • Must master the "I don't want to serve you stare." This is important as it keeps our clients out of our branches, our services lines short, and the overall appearance of operational efficiency.
  • Must ignore any statements made by the client about their online banking. Did they take the time to visit your branch? No. Are you able to verify if they are telling the truth? Probably. Will you? No. Just tell them their transaction "has not posted yet." They are used to hearing this.
  • Must be comfortable fabricating bank policy on the spot. If you, for instance, cash a post dated check for a customer one week, you may cite the bank's policy to never cash post dated checks the very next week to the same customer. When they mentioned that you did last week, just recite the policy.
  • Must be able to push the little red panic button whenever a robber is robbing the vault.
  • Must be able to count money with cheetah like speed but it's really up to you about how accurate you want to be.
